Meet the Doc
Dr. Kathryn Jean Fagan, DC, BS, cAVCA
Dr. Katie has always had a passion for caring for humans and animals. Growing up she found herself most happy showing horses starting at the 4-H level and eventually to the breed level circuit. She knew this passion could be something great one day but she just did not know how to combine both worlds. After graduating Saginaw Valley State University with a B.S. in Health Science she continued to work in the physical therapy profession.
Eventually, she realized the world of Chiropractic was where she belonged, to where both of her passions fit under one profession. She knew medications and surgeries were not our only answer to the solution of an individual's discomfort.
Dr. Katie graduated from Parker University with her Doctorate in Chiropractic in December 2021. During her time at Parker, she focused her attention to many different areas so that she would be knowledgeable enough to treat patients from all walks of life, and even learned to adjust their 4- legged friends. Before graduation, Dr. Katie took courses in Animal Chiropractic and is certified to treat animals as well. From the smallest babies to the largest horses, Dr. Katie loves to adjust them all!
Dr. Katie also did additional work to become certified in dry needling in order to better serve her human musculoskeletal complaints. She continues to take additional courses to learn as much as possible to stay up-to-date with current treatment techniques.
Dr. Katie is a licensed human chiropractor in the state of Texas and is a certified animal chiropractic provider by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association that performs animal chiropractic only with a referral from a veterinarian.
